Rejoice Apparel is a Christ-centered social enterprise creating high-quality apparel while restoring dignity and opportunity for women in Pakistan.
We provide safe employment, professional stitching training, fair wages, and spiritual encouragement to women who have experienced abuse, exploitation, or abandonment. Through meaningful work, women gain skills, confidence, and hope for the future.
Our mission began with a simple prayer:
“Lord, use this work to set Your daughters free.”
Every garment we produce helps fund training, dignified jobs, and lives being restored. We partner with churches, nonprofits, schools, and businesses to deliver excellent promotional apparel while living out our faith in action.

Breaking the Cycle of Poverty & Abuse
In Pakistan, many women face limited opportunities, often trapped in cycles of poverty and the trauma of abuse. By providing safe and dignified employment, we give women the chance to break free and reclaim their lives.
Empowering Women Through Work
21 women have already been trained and hired into full-time jobs.
7 women are currently in training, learning valuable skills to become financially independent.
19 more women are on our waiting list, ready to begin their journey as soon as we have capacity.
By the end of 2026, we aim to add 16 new machines, opening the door for even more women to find meaningful work.
The Ripple EffectEach woman employed at Rejoice Apparel doesn’t just impact her own life—she uplifts her entire household. On average, one woman’s income sustains a family of four. That means the work of 21 women is already transforming the lives of more than 80 family members.
Founder & Vision
Rejoice Apparel was founded by Tanveer Gulzar, whose journey of faith and service led to the creation of a mission-driven apparel company focused on dignity, opportunity, and restoration.
With a background in business and nonprofit leadership, Tanveer envisioned a social enterprise where quality manufacturing and faith-based impact work hand in hand. Rejoice Apparel exists to provide women with meaningful employment, skills training, and hope for the future — through work done with excellence and purpose.
